If govt says it is mandatory to eat antibiotics will u all eat it? more

1. Assam, Meghalaya and Mizoram High Courts gave orders that Government cannot discriminate between citizens based on vaccination status. These judgments are in the know and available to lawyers. 2. Central Government submitted an Affidavit to Mumbai HC stating that Vaccination is Voluntary and GoI has neither created nor suggested policies of discrimination based on vaccination status. 3. As per CDSCO, the Vaccines are being administered in "Clinical Trial Mode". And they have clearly stated there is NO data on their safety, immunogenicity and efficacy. NOBODY should be forced to undergo a clinical trial. There is a lot of evidence to challenge this in Courts. And SC has already stated they WILL hear cases when constitutional rights are challenged, same should be the case with High Courts as well. more
