Purchase of Un-Approved sites on Agricultural Land
1) sending the available papers for Legal Scrutiny
2) Talked to the original person involved in helping my friend buying the property. Incidentally this person lives alongside this property and has brokered the sale of about 10~20 acres surrounding the place he stays in - which is typical in many villages.
On questioning him I found that the layout that he has formed is
1) Agricultural Land Split into pieces with space for road
2) Un-approved Agricultural Site
and to beat it all !!
3) No Panchayat Approval also
Is it wise to buy this land land from my friend ? as it is only for investing our savings for our children ?? more
