Purification against Consumption of adulterants

We are all consuming various adulterants in routine like pesticides in fruit/veggies, artifically ripened fruits, injected veggies, use mobile phones so much, breathe highly polluted air, use lots of detergents to wash clothes, poor quality water, foods with msg and additives and probably 3-4 other bad things.

are there certain things we must do every day to detox from all these adulterated external factors. what are those, esp on ayush front?? the only one I do is drink warm water in the morning with honey and lemon.

Will be grateful. more

to detox/ build immunity in your body, eating an inch or may be little bigger piece of pure, organic GUR and having warm water after chewing GUR to allow it to enter into the body really helps. 1tsp full of combination of organic roasted and coarsely ground Sabut dhaniya and Jeera in equal qty. with warm water also helps in building immunity, improves digestion. more

This is the main reason, many don't enjoy the moment but dwell in past or future. DWELL IN PRESENT MOMENT AND ENJOY IT. DON'T ASK OTHERS' OPINION. THEY ARE AS INTELLIGENT AS YOU ARE. MAY BE THEY ARE NOT AS INTELLIGENT AS YOU ARE. But they will blunt your intelligence with their foolish opinions. Many can TALK the TALK but intelligent WALK the TALK. So, these are some of the other self-management ways to keep the mind and body healthy. Mind is the engine of the train called body. So, keep the engine fit and train will run fast. more
