PVR Cinemas and other cineplexes

There is a lot of merit in having mandatory vending machines at PVR cinemas.

These theaters need to either have vending machines or allow us to carry our bottled water and the Government needs to ensure the same.

Water is infact an essential commodity as oultined in the poll by local circles today more
