Evaluate professors, colleges and universities by number of research papers published and patents registered. UGC should be charged with the job of accepting the research papers. All Government projects below a reviewable limit must go to colleges at least at PG level who will form a top class team of professors and students to handle them. This will increase the credibility of teaching standards of that institute in the minds of admission seekers, as well as ensure perfection sans corruption in work besides rewarding performers. Such projects can be taken as standards for other operators too. The selected students will be based on their performance so this practice will create healthy competition among students. more
