I presume that you have UAN for the current PF account and no UAN for the old one. If so, then you download Form No.13 (revised), fill up and get endorsed by the previous employer and submit the same to EPF office. You can also get endorsement by the current employer, but this takes a little more time. more
there is no problem if you have two PF account. Only you required is UAN number. by activating this UAN number you can link your all PF accounts and can see your total account balance on common page by login . i.e UAN balance sheet more
Hi, You are right there will be two PF numbers only for your PF account. To avoid all these things PF dept., working now on UAN numbers. You can withdraw of these two companies by applying form 19 & 10C in these two companies and after duly signed by authorised signatory submit it to the PF department where in your pf account is maintained for payment. Alternatively you can apply form 13 to transfer of pf account from Ist company to IInd company and after transfer has been completed you can apply for withdrawal from last company worked by you. But, you need your establishment code and pf numbers of these companies worked. This you can find out from your salary slip issued to you by these companies. G.kumar more
Having two different EPF accounts with different organisations is not a problem and it is a common practice as the PF code of the organisations differ. Now you are not in employment, the best option is submit Form 19, 10C, 20 and submit the same to the concerned EPFO separately. Please note for each account , separate forms to be submitted. Of late EPFO launched a consolidated form for withdrawal also, please check on EPFO wed site and submit the same. more
