query on mobile signal booster
FIRST there is no electricity, then water is scarce and now mobile phones signal not sufficient. home at M-15/2 first floor, and office at K-7/72 ground floor- my vodafone phones just dont work. bought airtel phone- same status.
millions of rs. they spend that our signal work in jungle, himalaya, sea island but it does not work in gurgaon- the milleneum city n that too on mg road.
discover same status is with airtel, idea and reliance.
anyone knows if there is a booster device which i can install in my home. more

Please contact the service provider  they may help you in this regard.we have faced a similar problem with airtel and resolved after complaining to them multiple times. A lot of us have similar complaints with varied service providers - my house has Airtel signal problems while Vodafone seems to work fine; the situation may be different in other areas. The mobile signals have been reduced by the providers in general and due to reduction in towers in residential areas, etc. as a lot of concern has been raised for health reasons due to mobile signals. Speak to your provider - they should be able to install passive or active signal boosters in your house / area after checking the signal strength - this may involve lot of persuasion and cost. more

Best way to get prompt service from Airte is to get a Twitter account & complain. However, Vodaphone is uniformly bad for service, I have switched from Vodaphone to Airtel. more

Should not be happening. Pl visit nearest Vodafone Store or call 198/199 of Vodafone. Today Vodafone connectivity is best in India, broadly speaking. more
