Quick fixes to skin care

Hi friends I am Swati Joshi . I today's time of hectic schedules and no time in hand , I would be happy to know if any quick fixes to skin care can be shared to keep it healthy and clean. Look forward. more

Skin care depends on skin type, whether it is Oily, Dry, Soft, Hard , etc.. I would suggest to check a home remedy book named "Swadesi Chikitsa Saar", it has solution to all skin issues/problems and based on your skin type you can choose what is best for you. :) more
Glad you found it helpful, tanning does not go off as easily as we would like, it requires constant work. Lemon, raw potatoes, tomatoes, milk (creme) curd are some good ways to help get rid of tanning. As a routine you can apply a mix of milk and lemon OR lemon and tomato juice, grated potato OR Cucumber juice and lemon. These will also provide cooling effect although their effect is slow, but better than strong cremes i feel. more
Thanks a lot Monica, These are surely helpful. Thanks for reminding about home remedies which we tend to forget and rely more on creams and readymade packs. Also if someone could help by telling how do we get rid of tan from swimming?? My daughter has got sensitive skin and has a very bad tan , anything to we could do with appropriate home made packs. more
When working in the kitchen, take a bit of the tomato you are about to add to ur veggies and apply on face, leave it for 15-20mins or longer and wash face, similarly with lemon. Home remedies like taking a bit of besan mix it with lemon juice or milk/creme depending in skin type. When you eat a banana, rub the peel on ur face leave for 20-30 mins, do not throw away over-ripe fuits, they can be used directly on skin or as a face-pack. These help keep skin smooth and taut. Always make sure to wash ur face before sleeping. Hope this helps. more
