Radiation from Mobile towers in Sector-4 Vaishali
There are 3 mobile towers on the roof of building in plot# 433 setor-4 vaishali. These are very hazardous for health. There is a play school (Sanford) on ground floor of this building. I am resident of close neighbor of this building and having direct exposure from non-ionize radiation from these towers. Anyone please suggest legal prospect to remove these towers from residential area. more

Thanks Raajesh for advice. Can you please also tell who is independent audit body that can give expert report related to radiation. As you know Tower owner/ Agency can easily get such certificates using bribe. more

First of all you have to get a report from the expert that it is emitting radiation which is hazardous to the pupils of school as well as neighbours because the Tower Owner/ agency get the permission & fitness certificate from the local Authorities before installation. Thereafter you can directly write a letter annexing those reports of experts, to the Local Authorities & Agency who has installed those towers on the roof, giving a months time to remove the same. If it is not removed then you can directly write a letter to the chief justice Of Hon'ble high Court of the concerned jurisdiction, requesting to treat your letter as Public Interest Litigation. Then Hon'ble High court will initiate action as per the Law of Public Interest. more
