Ragging in Colleges
Ragging in Colleges has to be stopped at any cost and the government has to take a very serious action on it. First of all the College Principals has to be cautioned to stop ragging, if found or intimation received from anybody that somebody is ragging in your college premises action will be initiated against the student, if the Principal fails to intimate he will also be taken into task. The minimum punishment has to be announced by the government is life time prison to the student as well as the concern Principal. Suitable law has to be enforced to prevent ragging any more in colleges.

Thank you mr. Ponnusamy. Our advocate is also trying his best to represent the case delays. But the plaintiff always adopts delay tactics to drag the matter. Unfortunately sitting magistrate does not look in to case file and adjourns the case. more

Ragging in educational institutions must be stopped at any cost. The government should immediately enact suitable laws to prevent ragging of any kind. more

I am a senior citizen having some revenue lands which are registered almost twenty five years back. These lands were purchased from a family of four brothers who had proper katas and land records on their names. All had signed and executed registered property on our name names and we are rightful owners ever since registration. Now a case has filed by one of the sons after a lapse of 22 years seeking a share in the property. Although we have all the supporting documents and produced to the court, the judge is not going the papers and issue is being dragged since four years with adjournments. How to solve this matter? I would be grateful if some useful advice from the circle members. more

I agree with Mr Shanm Rajan, but think of those cases where the junior student has lost his life or faced trauma due to the ragging of Senior student and the authorities including the Principal of the Colleges shield the seniors instead of taking actions against them. more
