Rail tkts to be expensive closer to travel date
HEaring that railways is reviewing a proposal to boost its income by using the approach of airlines i.e. prices of tickets to go up as the travel date approaches so more people book in advance.
The whole approach of booking 120 days in advance as it stands is incovenient, this model of ticket prices increasing with time will pinch the traveller.

Mr. Minister you have already tried in your PREMIUM Train which totally failed, Apart that you are earning very high INTEREST for 120 days booking, for which also not confirm TICKET & then cancellation charges. Can you give all data for the total cancellation & Interest for every month so we can under stand how much extra money railway getting by without any travelling of any passenger more

If Mr. Minister like to earn lot of money then they should make AUCTION of Railway to private parties who will give better seats & clean Train with all amenities with LOW price of TICKET. First stop corruption in your internal department we sure you will earn more money then right now. Your TTE, GRP & other staff you know better then us but you can not take any action against them ? Why only every time comman man will safer for all losses due to your mis-menegment more

Right now I am traveling from Tiruchendur to chennai by chendur express - train no. 16106 - berth no. B1-38. Railways provided a dirty woollen pull over with lot of sand or dirt in that. The cotton bed spreads were nearly washed & pressed . Don't they clean the woollen pull overs too? Whom to report for a permanent but immediate action? It's not worth the fare we pay for 3rd AC more
