Railways is acting helplessly as per the provisions & stipulations of the constitution. There is no point in blaming them. In fact this is the position obtaining in all public organisations, who are compelled to simply follow the provisions and the political vendetta of the country. Unfortunately, ours would be the only nation in the globe which rewards people belonging to certain groups for failure overriding the meritorious but our dreams are as high as we already started to think of becoming the world's leader in the near future with such bunches of officers & executives! more

It is a wider problem not limited to Railways alone. Any voice raised is being taken in negative sense. The only way seems to be to allow the system to crash early, so that realization also comes early. more
