Railway staff roles and responsibilty

Many people who are willing to do better service are nor very clear about 'WHAT THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO DO'. First make them to understand clearly using 5W & 1H (what, where, when, who, why and how).
Next make them to understand, he/she is only RESPONSIBLE for that particular service or work.
This is starting point for our CHANGE. Thanks for reading this..... more

It will be great if we can request Mr E Shridharan to take responsibility of improvement of quality of service, new lines, training and development, new recruitment. His work of Metro project is mind blowing but it has helped very few people. Person like him will be most happy if he can be instrumental in changing life of whole country. more
Another major problem is Food. You can increase the Rates reasonably and insist them to supply Quality and Hygienic food. I have noticed from major stations they sell many items above the MRP. Passngers cannot go and complaint to the station authorities when we travel. more
All issues in railways can be solved if the railways runs only fully reserved trians for long distance and do not attach any general and unreserved boggies. If railways wants to facilitate those who cannot afford reservation, than run special trains with unreserved boggirs only but must restrict the over crowding and ticketless people to travel. Run more short distance trains for the benefit of the short distance passangers so that they do not crowed the long distance trians and disturb the long distance passanger. When the passanger will be as according the the capacity of the compartment in the train than all the problems in running train will cease. This is the 1st step in order to achieve the objective clean train and other such related problems, according to me. For better mangement of the short distance passangers creat seperate facilities for ticket windows, seperate plateforms etc. more
