Railway Station parking loot
Why is this parking LOOT not being talked about??? Now, janta will have to pay for even entering the public railway stations??? This crap is on for quite sometime and running unabated.
200 RS just to drop someone off. The time you see here is wasted because of the chaos. Experienced first hand at both nizamuddin and new delhi stations

In economics it's called supply and demand. You can't find things as inexpensive as a village. Parking cost in NY City is 100s of % more compare to a small town in NY state. Is it called loot , no because the land, labor prices are higher in a city where demand is high. If you don't want to pay it find alternative. This is silly topic on this list serve. more

To avoid the rush at the pick up point in railway stations they are charging very high. However if parked in the parking area then the price would be around 30/- for 2-3 hrs. So please park the car if you need to wait for longer time. I did the same in Secunderabad Railway station. more
