Make each of the large stations like New Delhi,Mumbai Cst ,Howrah, Mughalsarai ,Chennai,as profit centres. Appoint business managers for these stations.Improve railway catering service to include limited price menu for long distance trains instead of vending Thalis. Hawk potential of opening offices, ATM's ,courier service for large stations. Tie up with hotel chains for providing accommodations for last minute travellers. Tie up with large distribution companies for hawking potential for freight movement of fmcg,durables.Introduce small box parcels within a large container based movement. Improve the seats for better comfort and sleep. more
Transfer is not solution because where ever they go they will do same thing. There should be punishment for wrong behavior . for thst there should be system to give complaints. And it should not regid process. Railway can give Whatsup no for all region. One should send videos to them. But most important is that nobody bothet about passengers cause railway is neef of passengers. more
Employee transfers can be a solution to this problem. All employees should wear legible name badges. Also, online complaint booking & redress all should be brought. more
