railway toilet & door
I wish to pointout two things regarding our railways.
1. Toilet: It is indeed disgraceful to the country that our trains are running with open toilet. Human waste is allowed to spread all along the railway route . This could be one reason for the infectious deseases in our country. Probably India is the only country not taking action on this.
2. Unloacked doors of our trains:
It is very unsafe to run the train without locking the doors. I feel the train has to start moving only after locking the doors more

The design of our trains itself needs a drastic relook....today composite materials are available and why we have to carry on with such bulky designed coaches.......also the toiles must be all made eco friendly and its waste must be processed and discharged at certain places only.....the railways must employ hose keeping staff on all trains so that the toilets can be cleaned in between and also other parts of trains can be clean as well......it is high time we stop running our trains with open toilet...... more

It is high time, in fact long delayed to have basic personal, safety & hygiene needs provided by railways. Previous governments have done nothing but now it should be looked into. Railways should be ashamed to hear such complaints and death occurrences due to accidents even on platforms. more

The toilet should be cleaned in every stop where the train stops and water should be available in the taps.... this is very very serious issue we are facing in every train and every travel... more
