Railways never become better

This is FYI that Railways never behave well to customers. When posted on Twitter that the train running late "the rly take action to become too late" where is justice?
1) For ex: on 12 May train 04122 reached KZJ by 4Hrs late and arrived at BPL about late by 08.30 Hrs even sent messages many times to rly. There was no reply too for the message. It was good for us that we did not reserve connecting trains for BPL - INDB. This simple thing know about rly action and requested them to refund the amount for delay more than 8.30Hrs. Pnr: 4800716340. Simply answers we escalated the matter and there will be no action.
2) on 14 May 2023 train 12656 was delayed by 1.30Hrs @WL and continued till ADI.
3) The train: 12622 Tamilnadu delays by 3.00 hrs at WL 0n 14 May 2023.
This is a railway without any action and with no answers to questions and simply earn money and adds only that we did so much to Psgrs without any action. it is shameless rlys.

Dovetail infrastructure. Let metro and railways coexist. Narrow platforms. Have passageways and with escalators alongside stairways. Mechanise. more
Railways can improve if the employees at all levels, including the Railway minister, fear of getting fired for not doing their jobs properly. This drastic action is the only way to improve Railways since the Indian society has lost the work ethics. But, that will not happen. Best wishes to the travelers who use IR. Grin, and bear it. more

Redo the railways. Make it subterranean too! Exhausts ventilating ground. Share rly tracks. more
Privatization of Railways may not be the best solution to increase its efficiency. Apparently the main reasons are in-sincerity, inefficiency and un-accountability among all levels of the organization, particularly at the lower level. It is not only the railways, but many other Govt. departments/offices also suffer from these maladies. more
govt only will take action if anything is reported on vandebharat regarding late/water is not there or not cleaned other trains issues is on deaf ears on the administration. more
