Railways services in India

The railways minister in India is trying to seek feedback. However given that what his staff must have done to prep or place people plus minister coming himself puts people in awkward position to not give honest inputs.

LocalCircles must release its Railways survey if its complete or conduct one now to sjow reality

My impression is under this minister new projects alof railways are working well but existing services have deteriorated big time. more

No doubt of it. RM may claim big like others in the Govt. regarding achievements & improvements. Dynamic rail fare cost the passengers badly. Toilets are really not well cleaned and house keeping management inside the compartment of the high end train is also poor. Privatisation of Railway station is how much really effective & beneficial, time will say. Trains are as usual running late and no compensation as assured. Overall improvement is not visible till now. He made good attempts but it's so early to claim a visible improvement. Govt. S&D may speak anything but reality we can't deny. more
seen toilets are worst in even rajdhani and shatabdi, staff has lacklusture attitude and not interested in any kind of service of maintenance of hygiene , it is miserable but the new ministers works is really applaud able but what about babus of railways they will never improve more
Toilets filthy. Filth of ablutions more than before. Ashwini ji patted the guy, replying "toilets clean dikhte hain" an acknowledgement signalling formality completed, case closed. Toilet bowl retaining fluids digesting bacteria completely unsuccessful. Mechanical, cleaning involving sanitiser flushing, periodically also necessary, utilising. What control regarding user's hygiene? Pleasant smell the best guide regarding hygiene. more
one can see in LC itself the comments on the service of various trains which clearly says toilets are not cleaned and the dusbins are full and not cleaned and water is not there in toilet and lot of other issues forget about the timing and cancellation without intimation and then give a flimsy reason putting all the travellers in bad taste more
