Police observance and negligence because they are tired of handling commuter at the time of unreserrve compartment rush crowded they never help follow the line and take and very shameful to c in chennai often , even domestic train all time crowded u should employ more police to watch big city always to be monitored 365 days so that avoid snatching, all that are there when u have morepopulation in each platform we dont need sitting in the room or sitting in group doesnot give anything and very shame ful i c all time whenever i visit railway station i happen toc they form a group and look for comforteable zone and chat but not all the time but whenever i watched i happen to c they form where ever they been placed they never look and care commuters more
We must keep suggestion box at least one in each bogie and three at each platform of each station. They should be daily cleated, suggestions attended same day and worth processing processed within the work days rest discarded bit recorded. Each TC and platform ticket windows and the enquiry widow must have blank forms for the purpose available to the intending passengers. Each TC be directed to distribute and collect at least 2% forms from the passengers of his list from amongst those appear to be bit excited and may contribute some worth inputs. His her judgement to be the best. During travel we get time and ready with experience. The positives as well as negatives both be welcome. We will get most practical and real time suggestions could be some worth worthy solutions too. more
Even Un reserved compartment in all village city like madurai has have biggest line and we follow and great respect to police in railway station who help us to board unreserved compartment without difficutl but in chennai even we form aline stand suddenly other groups of people come and rush to the place and just disobey the line and just take it and even at one stage customer is fallen in railway truk , then cing that i just went to police station in railway station to complaint ,i requested them old and young are falling as a prey when it is crowded , the police clarified we been telling commuter to form a line ,but it is negliegence of commuters ,i requested like my parents age people falling inside the track pls do something , they simply said from morning to till dawn we been doing it but we cant control , but i c there is no police in unreserve compartment and no strictness and even i stopped using unreserve compartment and i stopped travel at the time of Diwali fucntion more
and i agree and accept lot of labours and engineer work very hard day to day commitment with high pressure from different sources but we need more members for customer care more in number but this people should be professional and act immediately and helpin needed time more
very simple sir give a big advertisement in newspaper or announcement in each place of district ask them what kind of reneovation use that time with valid notes it is 2hr s or 6 hrs session whomever can give information changes needed c through that we can make it very easily but that too suported with adminstration more
