Many of us may be aware of the stinging letter from Ram Jethmalani(senior lawyer and the main petitioner in the black money case) to Mr: Arun Jaitley on black money issue. It is very relevant and the allegations against our Finance minister Mr: Arun Jaitley are very serious. It states that the stand of Mr: Jaitley on this issue is not clear. Also recently he delivered some immature comments against congress party ignoring his designation, responsibility and current status. Those words shouldn’t have to come from the face of a Finance minister. First of all he has to fulfill our promises towards the nation by taking all possible steps for publishing all the names(not some names) of the account holders and to bring back the black money. Before election BJP president promised that we will bring back the black money within 100 days. We can take reasonable time but positive actions and results should come. BJP govt’s first decision was to constitute a Special Investigation Team or SIT to unearth and bring back black money stashed away abroad and it got wide acceptance. But the recent actions from Jaitley will create a bad impression on public. He has to take steps for publishing all the names instead of this third rate challenges against congress and the debate against congress spoke persons(BJP spoke persons has to do this, if necessary). Recently some news reveals that swiss govt: advised some Indian account holders to withdraw their money and close the account.
I am expecting a positive move from Modiji or RSS on this critical issue.

"Your action in approaching the Supreme Court with the kind of petition that you have filed is one of the most ill advised (sic) steps taken," Jethmalani writes in his letter to Jaitley.Last week, the government filed an application in Supreme Court, expressing its inability to reveal the names of Indians holding illegal foreign bank accounts because of the bilateral double taxation avoidance treaties or DTAT.In his letter, Jethmalani rejects the Centre's application, saying it is using it as a fig leaf. "The Germans never spoke of the DTAT. Our people deliberately brought it in as a certain method of rendering the entire investigation futile and making our corrupt rulers escape arrest and prosecution," he writes.In April this year, a list of Indians with bank accounts in Liechtenstein was given to the Supreme Court. However, both the then UPA and now the NDA governments said the names cannot be revealed because of the DTAT."I am sorry to write this to you on Deepawali," the three-page letter begins, later going into the details of the black money case. Towards the end, Jethmalani writes, "You recently had a near brush with death. This should have created in you a change in your moral make up and devotion to the nation. You are destroying what Modiji has built during his last election campaign."
