Rape by Media or Govt ?

If a boy is capable of raping, then he should be treated as major, not a minor. Capital punishment should be immediate, before that trashing every day, preferably in public should also be introduced. Bit barbaric one may say, but the act of rape too is barbaric. more

Thinking deeper the advent of films exposing more flesh, most of the websites now have "sizzling actresses" steamy posts, easy access to pornographic sites, school dropouts fall for these vices. Time to make every parent to report to police on their children - vagabond, drinker, smoker, coming late to home..etc., to police for maintaining a register of all possible future crminal tendencies. Release pictures or videos of cane beatings given to these caught in rape acts & make these vagabonds (force) to watch them & quiz them on it (so that they do not close eyes in between) for full 8 hrs a day, non-stop & repeat with different videos over a week for next 4-6 weeks. The quiz to cover - how many count of cane beatings - on shoulder, on back, on legs, on stomach, how many time the victim cried in pain, how many beating marks are left on the body, duration of the each beating, the cries of the victim should be in with "Bose" stereo quality to reverberate in their ears. The extreme vagabonds, should also be given live telecast (real witnessing) so that their nerves collapse automatically. Some vagabonds should be castrated (balls removed) Then only this social malaise can be removed. Sreeram more
`The act of rape is to be condemned and the perpetuators need to be immediately caught and strict action taken against them. Even penalty of death could be levied on extreme cases. But these should be decided by fast track courts and should not linger for days under the guise of democracy. However one point I would like to make is that the media needs to be restricted in giving the news a distinctive colour or over sensualising to attract trps. Give factual news irrespective of whether it is palatable to one community or not. more

Birth giving potential should not be a criteria. Mental condition is important, that is how he has been brought up - or grown up in bad company, they are incorrigible. In USA tees have killed their co students, I am not sure what punishment they got. more
