Dear Rail Men, Time has come when you have to stand against the ambitions of higher officials , who force you all to do certain things which you do after killing your conscience. Very specifically the P Way, personals. The condition of track though has improved, but condition of coaches are definitely bad, beyond expectations. Use of inferior fittings, induction of contract system on safety related system, induction of overqualified employees in group D posts, reservation policies are a few to mention. Save the Railways. The current set up of Rly has become a reverse pyramid, less workers and more officers that too without any accountability. System of accountability needs to be rigorously implemented on senior level officers, which at present is totally missing. more
