The most horrible journey is with Train No. 16315/16316 Bangalore Kochuveli Express which leaves from Bangalore at 17.00 hrs and it will be jam packed with unreserved passengers travelling from Bangalore to Bangarapet as they are going back to their respective homes from their work place Bangalore. Many times even reserved passengers were not able to board the Train at K R Puram Railway Station due to rush, people are even travelling inside the toilet. Many representation was sent by individuals, many news appeared in the local newspapers but no action. more
I travelled in SBC NZM Rajdhani Express. The experiene was good with few bad memories of tip scene. But the service in YPR-DEE Duranto Express is too bad, with bad food, unattending staff, Incomplete food menu without juice of dahi bread sticks, mice and so on. After all these things the same tip scene. The attending guys even supplying the booz to the passangers who pay a hefty tip. It was horrible. When a politatian or higher officer comes they will work nicely but with public it is too bad. more
I am a regular passanger of Konkan Railway. Train schedules are most of the time are irregular.Because of single track lot of time is wasted and passangers are frustrated on account of train is waiting to train passing from other side. Cleanliness and security and service in the train ( AC Coaches, bedsheets pillows etc) should be improved.Anant Khandare. more
Travelling in Rajadhani Express Train between Trivandrum and New delhi is very worse, especially in food. They are keeping the food in the passage in front of the toilets and the staff members are asking tips even for giving bed rolls. In all trains bed rolls are supplying for upper class passengers, nobody is asking for tips. But in rajdhani they do not have shame to ask tips. more
In my personal experience I can say all the Rajdhani Expresses are very good in all respects. more
