LocalCircles sent one reminder today that I just received just now to rate bad consumer experience. They didn't give a lot of information in the email which they should have since this circle of AAP is quite new.
I used to rate a lot of my good and bad consumer experiences earlier (haven't done in last 2 months or so) but that rating displays in front of some of my circles and is available to all LocalCircles members in Delhi/NCR (with limited view).
I think it is one the best features because now if an Airtel or Vodafone or hospital messes with a consumer, we can warn the whole local community.
Everyone in this circle may want to consider using as the focus of this circle is to stop bad/corrupt practices and this is a great enabling feature (atleast in my eyes).

I entirely agree with Mr. MM Ali Khan. Rating someone good or bad is relative term of one's experience and not a desirable reflection on some business or service. more

I think it would be better if people narrate their experiences and let others draw their own conclusions whether to go for a particular service or avail an alternative service which costs the same or may be less. more
