RBL Bank recovery
Hi RBL bank agents have used abusive words and have shared my information with other people and have degraded my goodwill amongst my freinds. Because of financial issues i am not able to pay dues. Can i get any remedy from governmet if not can RBL be punished for that.? more

RBI circular few years back to all ban6ks mot to disturb customer at home not even call legal notice to be issued if credit card agen6cy or collection aen6cy harass on6 phone you should report immediately to Bank k more

Why spend when you cant pay. So Vijaya Mallya should be also spared. People should live within their means andnot spend when in difficulties. more

It is true that sometime due to financial difficulties beyond one's control one can't adhere to his commitments.But that doesn't give the lender to use unfair coercive means to abuse and manhandle or defame the borrower. One of the options is to file an FIR against RBL and persons responsible for intimidation. The better way will be to go to the bank and discuss with them a mutually acceptable repayment schedule for repayment of bank loan. more
