Non Defence personnel remuneration should be on ' Cost To Government " Basis. With each government personnel making his own pension arrangement like rest of Indians. Their salaries can be better than those offered in Private sector to attract top talent in a transparent manner. more

Constitutionally , Economic Welfare Benefits shall be only to those Economically backward . The issue of Equality , Equal opportunities Equal benefits shall not be construed for those provisions set for Economically backward. Supreme Court also elaborated in the issue of applying such Economic benefits to those families of I A S AND , I P S . The same strategy and considerations shall be implemented in such benefits. more

The same NPS should be made applicable for MP/MLAs also, so it won't be a burden for the Government. But belling the cat will be a bit difficult. more
