Re Pantry Car
Dear sir,
As i travel in so many trains and no where in Pantry Car gets the rate list . Today i am in Garib Rath 12215 . In Rate list simple Tea is Rs 07/- But they openly selling the tea at Rs. 10/- Not even in Grib Rath all the Trains which i travel like Punjab Mail , Maharahtra Sampark Kranti , Golden Temple all are going to Mumbai Side all pantry official charging over charge as the rates are declared by the Railway. Even i lodge the complaint In Sampark Kranti about 0ne month back but no action taken by the railway official till date. Do the needful for the shake of passengers. At least the Pantry car Display the Board showing the rates in all trains more

Pantry cars, station vendors have all been doing this kind of cheating... I was even offered Marie Biscuits to go with my Tea at Rs.10/- So far I've been paying only Rs.7/- which I guess is the correct price. more

Several time inform the official by complaint on Pantry Car Manager complaint but still no action so there is no use to give suggestion at here more

Pantry car situation and quality of food of pantry car is very very poor. Quantity of food is very less but they are charging a huge amount for that.For example Simple egg curry with rice is charged Rs 130/- , Vegetarian meal 120/-, Chicken curry 150/- etc. Quality and quantity is very very poor. more
