Can we please have discussion on who are the builders delaying projects a lot and are in risky financial state. I feel with all the new tightening of black money, upping of circle rates, unsold inventories, reduced corruption, the sector is in for tought times and many of these will go belly up. If everyone lists who they are struggling with and how, the community can be more aware and manage things accordingly. Hope you all participate. more
VATIKA builder in Gurgaon alloted indepented floor in Vatika India Next, sec-82, 6-years ago. Still foundation work not yet started, giving various excuses-refuse to give exact location of our floor. Further they wanted VAT SINCE 2008, till the constuction complete as per court order-delaying the costruction, no fault of ours. When we questining them , "How we r resposible for the delay caused by them, no response is forth coming. I highlighted earlier also in our circle about Vatika, but not getting any positive response. more
The foundation of most of the builders are not on strong footing. They tend to cheat. You have to examine their past before dealing with them At Bhubaneswar there are a good number of builders, who are cheater and the top among them is Hi-tech builder and promotors. more
Most of the builders & developers in India are not trust worthy. They are in the business to mint money only by any means taking undue advantage of our complicated laws leaving enough scopes for them to continue their cheating activities openly. Moreover, there are enough instances where the prospective purchasers have become preys of these builders out of greed as they easily accept their (builders) baits in the form of alluring gifts forgetting that its a trick to gain without spending and ends with unending sufferings. So, be cautious & careful while deciding to acquire an immovable asset. more
I had a bad experience with Prestige. On behalf my relative who lives in London as per the requirements purchased two flats adjacent to each other so that we can combine both and make a big one as per our requirements. Though it was told to them earlier and they had also shown one such where 2 flats were combined after paying when we started to combine Prestige refused to allow and the huge amount invested by my relative went waste.With lot of correspondence as a compensation they provided interiors free.But still one bed room apartment is left unused.
