Redbus complaint

I have booked two tickets for Khamgaon to Pune through redbus. They charged 765/- per ticket which when I checked with the dealer there they said the fare is 600/- per ticket. And still when I bargained he was ready to give it in 500 also. So in all I had to pay 500 more through redbus. This is how they cheat and take extra money from customer. more

You should approach this redbus,blue bus etc only when you are desperate to travel urgently. Not otherwise. more

You see this is the private, I booked in volvo in Haryana govt, bus did not came for 3 hours. I told cancell ticket and i a have not travelled even this govt is cheating. I went through RTI and deposited Rs 199.00 as fee. but donot know what will happen. so go to RTI and panelize. definately others will be benifited. yssethi more
