Reference of Real Estate Developers in Noida/Gurgaon
Friends, my husband and I are considering investing in an apartment in Gurgaon or Noida. My husband's work is in CP so it doesn't matter. Can folks share 5-6 responsible developers who don't cheat on customers and will deliver better than any typical developer. Lots of our friends seem to have gotten trapped. more

Thanks Rajesh sharing your experience. This is the reason I put Purvanchal as my preferred builder. I was not aware that Supertech had so many issues, I agree on quality, but the as per the price it looks ok. There were other builders too had the same issues specially during Noida extension dispute like Amarpali is one of them and should be avoided. more

Sure Asif, I along with several hundred customers booked flat with supertech. They booked the flat which was to be built on a disputed plot [shahberi case, in Noida Extension]. Later on Noida Authority lost the case and the land was returned to the farmers. Despite knowing that the land was disputed, supertech took booking for it. I was lucky few customers who fought with them and got a alternative arrangements. But there were several un-lucky customers whose booking got cancelled after 2 years of booking. Even the quality of their construction is not up to the mark. Several of my friend who have been allotted flat in Crossing Republic have complained about it. I had booked flat size of 1750 sq ft, later on supertech increased the size of only balconies from 5 ft to 6 ft wide, hence the total size increased by 45 sq ft. But now they are saying that the super area of the flat is 1906 sq ft, hence we have to pay for the 156 sq extra area. There are several more incidences....... more

Me and several my friends bought from Supertech and did not face any issue, why they are cheaters? Can pls eloborate. more
