REFUND OF STAMP DUTY AND REGISTRATION
Refund claim has been rejected by DIG/ACS.
My letter requesting for waving the time bar attached due to medical ground, COVID 19 and lock down. Further to that I was not aware of the closing date. I was under the impression that the closing date was 31st December 2020 - same as the date extended for the stamp duty discount.
