REFUNDS ON TATKAL TICKETS

PL CONSIDER FOR REFUNDS ON TATKAL TICKETS IF CANCELLED BEFORE CHARTING IT WILL HELP TO GET RAIL TK OFFICIALLY BY VACANT BERTS SO CREATED AND IF SAY 25% REFUND IS OFFERED PEOPLE WILL GLADLY CANCEL IF THEY ARE NOT GOING BUT WITHOUT ANY REFUNDS ACTUALLY NO ONE IS INTRESTED TO CANCEL THE TICKETS IN CASE HE/SHE IS NOT TRAVELLING GIVING SCOPE OF CORRUPTION TO TICKET CHEKER,WHEN A TC FINDS THAT FEW PEOPLE ARE TURNED OUT WHILE CHECKING THE PAX THEN HE DO THE CORRUPTION AND DEPENDS ON SITUATION CHARGE PAX RS 500 TO 1000 IN THAT MONEY GOES TO HIS POCKET,IT IS TIME TO SERIOUSLY IMPLEMENT OR CHANGE REFUND RULES IN CASE OF TATKAL TICKETS,

Already I have suggested the same point in this local circle one month back. I think railway administration will definitely consider this request. more  
why any refund is held for 3 days or more why it can not be instant.....sometimes we require money for the next alternative. if it can not be refunded it can be arranged to be 'swiped' ! more  
Dear Laxmanji, You have said the truth. This happens. I have experienced that TTE sells the ticket for comfortable money if the passenger is not travelling after charting is done. But Railways give all support to such TTEs. This is my experience. It is good that you have said it. more
