regarding cancellation of tickets due to corona virus

most of the people made their reservation well before for making journy. but as unexpectly Corona affected in our country, most of the reservations are going to be cancelled. this ia due to corona precaution. when passenger is cancelling the ticket due to corona there should be full refund instead of deducting any charge. as passenger don't want to stop his journy but due to ontime such type of preacution he has to make.

ANY CONCESSION IN DEDUCTION CAN BE DONE ONLY ON COMPASSIONATE GROUNDS AND NOT TECHNICAL/LEGAL.. more  
Yes I am agree with you but IRCTC or Reservation Counter not refunding full amount I have booked 5 ticket for Vaisho devi shrine which is closed due Covid-19. I spend Rs.7300/- on ticket which I get cancelled unwillingly , I have got refund Rs.4900/ after deduction of Rs.2400/- I feel bad because it is not due to me even Air India also not refunded my amount Rs.7568/- when I ask rescheduling of flight they are asking extra 11500/- . Government must take some step about it. more  
Mr.Gopabandhu Mohapatra is right to some extend, some airlines are giving rescheduling facility. All airlines should extend this facility including Railways. Govt. should issue clear orders to this effect immediately. more  
This is an unusual situation and All Airlines should make Full Refunds immediately write from 1st March, 2020 more  
Cent Govt should issues Clear and Strict Orders to AI, Pvt Airlines, Railways, Govt & Pvt Bus Services That they shall make full refunds 'WITHOUT EVEN ONE Re DEDUCTION FOR ALL TICKETS CANCELLED FROM 15 MAR TILL GOVT CONTINUE WITH THE LOCK DOWN ORDERS. ANY GOVT AND PVT SERVICE PROVIDER FAILING TO FOLLOW SHALL BE PENALIZED WITH FINE OF 1 CR TO 100 Crs SINCE INDIAN OPERATORS PARTICULARLY GOVT OWNED NEED SUCH DRASTIC PENAL ACTION TO ENSURE TRAVELLING PUBLIC IS NOT PENALIZED AND BOTH GOVT AND PVT OPERATORS ARE FORCED TO IMPLEMENT GOVT ORDERS. more
