What do you expect from the Local Circle members? For some technical reasons there may be some delay in completing the transactions. You should have that much patience to wait even for an hour. How are you cheated by the company is not clear, when they have already afforded credit for both your transactions? It is better to refrain from complaining for the sake of lodging complaints! more
I have been an AIRTEL customer since 8 years and have an Airtel Payment Bank as soon as it was started. before that, using airtel money. I have never had any problem carrying out transactions or getting refunds till now. more
I am unable to understand why you do not want to disclose your identity? What is so secretive about it? Is it something fishy? more
If you have paid for failed recharge by debit/credit card, then please check your a/c whether the amount is debited there or not. Many times, the failed transaction, the amount is either not debited or reversed..... Please check and then approach Airtel with evidence for resolution to your problem..... more
