Please let me know if legally it is right to close the society park in winters for flower competition. more

Public property can't be interfered into by any single person or by RWA / Society arbitrarily. Can be challenged successfully. more

Pooja. Yes. Go and oppose the wrong move with full confidence and tell them if they procced you will take it up on grounds "Right to file objection/complaint to the Registrar/SDM/High Court in writing. The Park of society is for the enjoyment for the resident members, not for competition. If the MC does it even after approval, its ultra vires to your right of enjoyment of your share in society." Take this letter typed and give it to the President of the Society with all members as Witness. Good luck. more

Thanks everyone now I will attend the meeting and raise my voice against it wrong action taking place in park for the flower competition. more
