Regarding my PF withdrawal

I have submitted the relavant documents in first week of Feb to my previous employer for PF withdrawal, the previous EPF number was XX/XXXXX/XX format i.e. do not have any UAN number.

Till now have not received any amount in my account, I have provided a cancelled check for my account.

Do I wait? As I was being told by my previous employer that the application is already submitted to the EPF office & that it will be processed as per the queue.

Also I have read recently that the PF cannot be withdrawn? is it correct?

Can someone please guide me on this case of mine. more

Hi, Can any one help me getting my PF from my past employer, since two year upto now that i have left the organization, but until now i have not receive my PF settlement from my past employer, He has stopped my pf saying that i have some debits to pay on company account, it is just the bluff my past employer is making me to go with. I do not have any debits to clear on company account, Before i resign the organization they have not brought to my notice nor they have informed me about debits. I seek help and advice in this regards to know the process as well to get my Pf Clearance from my past employer. Thanks more

Dear Jayendra, If you withdraw the PF amount you may have to pay tax on that amount. The best option for your is to raise a grievance in the PF website with details of your request, you will be assigned a no an mail ID of the responsible person. The assign person has top resolve the grievance within 15 days. more
