Regarding PF

Hello....
I feel happy to have got a platform to raise my grievance concerning the subject & the team of experts who can guide me through my grievance. I worked with one of the company in Gujrat -Vadaodara(2015June-2016June) & could not serve my notice period & resigned as was selected for Govt. Job. Just because of this reason my Ex-employer has made me suffer & not correcting my E-Kyc because of which not able to with draw my pf amount.
Some how I tried to fill the respective forms & apply through the forms duly signed & attested by the concerned official. It was submitted in the Pf Vadodara office but they rejected it by giving a message slc to be submitted.

It is now more than a year I have been struggling to get my hard earned money credited to my a/c. Pl advice me, need your valueable inputs to help me.
Thanking you .

KYC is a must to claim. If your employer is not willing to or you do not want to go through them, you can approach EPFC office with all supportings and request them to do the needful/guide you in settling the issue. In case if it does not work you escalate through grievance cell more
Though it is mandatory for the Employer to approve the KYC, in cases of Left Employees, the KYC will be done by the PF Office themselves - you need to contact the Reception Counter alongwith the original KYC Docs, who will direct you to the concerned dealing Officer and the KYC updation will be done. I have done this in Chennai without my ex-Employer's intervention. more
how much time it takes to get a solution approaching the grievance cell. advice me a procedure how to fill the said form as I have gone through the same few columns i don't have the details i don't know what to fill.
Pl advise, I have been struggling since last 1.5yrs more
No Need to approach your previous employer, you can submit your claim forms (physical) along with a cover letter explaining the reasons for applying directly to E.P.F.O instead of through your previous employer. You can contact P.R.O in the EPFO, they will guide you in the process. You may also lodge grievance online in employee tab home page in epfo site, explaining when you approached for your withdrawal and what is response you got in detail to them and lodge, this will help your case to settle at the earliest. more
KYC Updating can be only done with approval of your employer, Aadhar is now Mandatory for online withdrawal of EPF, and it needs employers seal & sign on the change letter, So approach your employer, take help of your any good boss or colleague in your previous company get a letter of kyc updating seal & signed by your employer. You have the power because if you go to Labour Court then company have to pay price for that, so hope they will help you in the same. Also kindly check with Vadodara EPF Office whether you can withdrawal EPF by submitting physical Signed form instead of online application for PF Withdrawal. You can also transfer previous EPF to your current running EPFO account, please approach your current HR / Admin Department. more
Lodge Online Complaint mention all non co operation from EPFO and Employer..if required keep CC to commissioner more
