regarding police reforms

Our country needs Police reforms urgently, that is really hurting our country the most. more  

Police department should reshuffle completely we are wasting the forces and lot calibered people in this department. it should be reclassified and also the control should be 100%. But now this department is having high political intervene and it should be removed from that status. It should give complete autonomous like election commission and Judiciary and we can link this department with some high level commission with Human rights, retired Judiciary and also home ministry. Until this autonomous status given to this department we can not come out from this present scenario. Including their transfers, promotions are depends on Political level so we should first isolate that stature. more  
So by compulsory education of law with Bhagwat Geeta for developing everyone as Arjun is required. If police think they can fix such corrupt superior s as shown in Singham Returns. . more  
Why blame the police. Police also work under the instructions of Some.....these Some need to change first. more  
Reform mentality. Strictly enforce e governence. FIR through net. For true FIR bribe is required and false FIR, s r immediately taken by bribe. So cctv vigilence ia required on all police stations. All mobile manufacturing cos be directed to provide auto cal recorders im built in all mobile instruments as majority Indian's r liar that's why we are far behind entire world despite of eternal philosophy of ancient great Literature of Human Religion of Shrimad Bhagawat Geeta the universal true.... more
