Regarding refund on Processing fees of Mortgage loan

I had applied for a mortgage loan 2 months ago. Whichever documents I asked, I showed to bank executives. After 1 week loan got sanctioned and I got a message as well as confirmation. It was ready to disburse. Now they asked me for Society NOC for disbursement. And society refused to give as I am not a shareholder. Now processing fees has been deducted already and loan is not disbursed to me. Bank executives doesn't check documents until final disbursement? Why don't they give proper list of documents before applying for the loan? It has been more than 2 months and my Processing fees amount is not refunded. Bank executive keep telling me 10 days 20 days every time. What should I do?
Loan is not disbursed but processing fees has been deducted. more

The Agents collect the processing fee while getting the loan application signed by the applicant knowing fully well that the loan may or may not be sanctioned. The Agent tries to get this free in cash. This way they cheat many people. The number of such cases will be in millions in India and there is need to fix the responsibility of the bankers/financial institutions by dragging them to Consumer Court. more

This is the case with one consumer, whomwas sanctiones edl loan for his daughter in 2011, based on the income certificate issued by his employer. But Suddenly, in 2016, he was asked to get an income certificate, from the REVENUE Authorities, which he ofcourse, did. But un fortunately, he was paid interest subsidy, from 2016, when the revenue certificate was issued. Wsas the bank blind when sanctioning the loan? Poor man, he has lost a heavy sum, because of the inept attitude of the Officials more
