Regarding Tatkal and Premium Tatkal Tickets

I brought Premium Tatkal tickets which were priced at double the normal price. I believe that at that price at least government should provide comfortable berths to the passenger. Inside lower and upper would suffice and together. Instead I received one side upper berth and my wife Inside upper berth in another coup. This is really ridiculous. After paying Rs. 8700 -
Premium tatkal instead of Rs. 4600 - normal fare from Raigarh to New Delhi. Hope the minister listens and does something about it. In addition the train 18507 was 2 hrs. Late. Mr. Prabhu only words will not do. Please convert your words into action. more
