Registration of PIO in India

if a child under 14 has moved to India with parents (US citizen), do the parents have to get the child registered somewhere. Assuming parents are indian citizens. more

If child is US citizen then child needs PIO card or now a days they are giving OCI instead of PIO for life time. Even parents who is US citizen needs OCI card before they travel to India or atleast have Indian Visa. more
