Registration of Political Alliance
Is there any legal system of registration of Political party Alliance just like Joint venture between Companies or firms ?
As these Political Party alliance represent themselves as alliance in front of Public during Election , there must be some agreement or legal registration of these alliances , so that , after victory in election , same should have to be maintained up to 5 years period . more

1.Breaking alliance after election totally banned by a law. 2.If the party for various reasons wants to come out, they cannot join any other party and has to function independently. 3.A candidate can contest from one place only and not more than one 4.candidate not allowed to contest from totally another state. more

Our political system is there to protect the political parties & their members ( may be a criminal also) and accordingly laws are made. We (common people) are there to keep them happy. Solution is there in my above statement. more

Suggestion a futile one because it is trying to treat the symptom without diagnosing the cause; trying to perpetuate a hugely flawed election system with a a superficial makeup. Coalition politics itself is a 'Frankenstein monster', an opportunistic marriage of opposing interests with a single aim of sharing fruits of power, to mulct the society. if we can dump the hugely flawed and archaic Westminster Parliamentary style 'First-past-the-post grabs all' election system and change over to a more modern 'Proportional representative election' system, it will, in a single stroke, solve many ill symptoms of our society; namely 1) the 'Cancerous proliferation of political parties, especially the dis-integrative regional, religious/cast based ones 2) hung elected houses 3) hence the compulsion for coalition politics, and 4) hence the widening of inherent communal schisms of our divers society. But that is not going to solve the most dangerous ill symptom of our society: 'Character-crisis in leadership hierarchies' of our political parties, hence political leadership in governance too. Yet non seem to understand importance of this burning issue or willing to talk about it. more

The suggestions made here are worth considering and our Chief Election Commissioner should give a serious thought on it. Our politicians should not be allowed any more to be the saviour of their own interest on being elected on public votes. Time has come now to show the politicians their real position in our society without a crown at voters' mercy. more
