Regressive judgement on MRP

I find the judgement by the court to allow hotel and restaurants to sell water above MRP as highly regressive. This will drastically increase profiteering.

Even the small kiosks will now take advantage and start selling things above MRP.

Two MRPs are also meaning less now as they will sell at whatever price they want disregarding MRP. Why publish two MRPs.

It is surprising that our Apex Court while passing its judgement has totally overlooked the interests of the common man, which was not, at all, expected from the learned judges of the Court. more
This Textual judgment now routed the Governments to think of a Justified Law/conditioning that eliminate undue utilization of rights . more
Ground water is a PUBLIC WEALTH as any other Mineral wealth and EQUITY in Public Distribution of this Absolutely Basic Essential NEED of every living creature cannot be Monopolized. Shocking how the Indian Judiciary has the time to listen to such cases and there after pass such a judgement. Shocking.. more
This is broad daylight legal robbery of customers, which CANNOT be tolerated at any cost. Let us all join hands to protest this move of the Supreme Court & ask it to reverse its decision, NOW. more
Both the points have some merit or other, but giving full freedom to charge any price needs to be re-examined by the highest Court from the customer's angle. more
If Business Ethics/Binding Lapse, apex to intervene for Justified Carry at PUBLIC INTEREST controlling undue Pricing. more
GOI should file appeal and stay with the Hon. Supreme Court and amend theMRP act to cover loopholes, in order to sale the goods at one MRP all over India. One Tax (GST) then why not one MRP. more
