Relation ship between center and state - fresh review needed
The sarkaria commission has set some guidelines to follow regarding center and state governments relationships .It looked as if there was some balance in spite of pinpricks and ambiguity.
In the recent years of various governments changing at center and regional parties at state setting their own rules of behaviour and doings whether legal or constitutionally correct is leading to a very dangerous confrontation .
Media and bellirgent leaders of all parties are adding fire to the already vitiated atmosphere politically.
The Delhi government , AP government, West Bengal government ,Kerala government are heading for a show down with center with CMs mouthing a very uncivilised verbal expressions.
In addition the main opposition of the country who is waiting to jump into drivers seat are also responsible for verbal outpour which is derogatory , un civilised and abusive, unparliamentary.
It is time that some committee is apponted by GOI to reign in by framing laws to stop the verbal duels to punish andalso new rules governing central and state regarding financial and other allotments and the dos and donts .The loose words floating around the political arena is vitiating the atmosphere and the new generation of young politicians are not being given a good example of proper political behaviour .
It is time to introspect.Pre or post election ,it is time to shut down the flood of verbal torrent against opponents and put a stop to the fouling relation ship of center vs state governments. more

When CMs break protocols the beaurocrats also break it .( PMs visit is not attended by officials and CM and ministers in AP).Very serious development . more

BJP LEAD NDA since opted implementation of Corporation controls introducing AADHAR, IT'S LINKAGE, BANK THROUGH TRANSACTIONS , LIMITING CASH TRNS. DIGITIZATION OF WORKING SYSTEMS,,,, just because these methods of Control totally arrest their collusive policy under the nexus with Businessmen;;;; COLLECTIVELY CAMPAIGNING AGAINST MODI , THE RULING LEADER. 7th Schedule of Article 246 need to be re visited since this is creating huge gap between States, Centre. Constitutional Part III , IV mandates both State as a whole and, the States and hence, it is Constitutionally an empowered issue to Amend the most important issues of Public interest. more

You are very true . The Center State [opposition ruled] relationship isn't a very healthy one . It happens to be not only odd but sounds vulgar . Why all that , both the ruling and opposition party want the Seat of power . We see a greedy trend now with the politicians all over India . At least 8 Contenders are vying for the P.M.'s Post . Every Regional party head wants to become the next P.M. BJP Party chief very rightly said P.M. for Monday P.M.for Tuesday , till saturday and Sunday Holiday . Are we going to have only P.M.aspirants and not anyone to serve the people of India and lead the youth ? more
