Relevant survey appreciation
This is such a super relevant survey by LocalCircles Manager. I feel millions of bank accounts in India are inaccessible and many are even getting fleeced by bank officials in connivance with authorities.
We must put pressure on RBI to remove all bottlenecks for common citizens so they can reactivate their account with one verification.

I feel many of us just vote and move on. We need to share with contacts so on every poll 100000 people vote instead of 9000 of us. Dont take it otherwise. Many of us aren’t doing our bit more

If you have signed a document today then say after 10-20 years, your signature will always vary. When a person is physically present then they should not harass the Customer UNNECESSARILY. This is too much. We do not need such Systems and such Officers. more

Many a times when a Person Himself/ Herself is present still the Bank says Your Signatures are not matching. How to get rid of this type of problem? more

Running signature is what actually matters in all financial services. Bank officer got it wrong. He showed his personal vendetta. Handle him outside and advice properly. more

yes and also banks should not harass small time banking customers and they should be taken care off in a better with respect to deposit and also treatment more

SBI once wanted minimum balance of Rs 5000 in eah a/c-hundreds of crores were collected-now they have put my a/c under non-operational-traitor. more
