Reliance trend a fraud

I have purchased products of worth 4000 approx on 18 th Jan. I was given voucher which was lost as my purse got stolen on the same day. I called store to stop the voucher and issue me a new one which they clearly denied moreover they were very unprofessional and beyond rude with me. And now when I say get your products back and give me my money back they denied that as well and say do whatever you can which is beyond unprofessionalism. Reliance being such big company have pathetic staff and pathetic policies which only benefit them. more

I agree with Mr Madhukar. More over all the people in malls are workers , none of them is a owner. The behaviour of a worker or owner changes as the sense of belonging and responsibility changes. Owner mat try to establish relationship but the worker is not bothered and stick to what he was told to do. more
Well..what i understand in your case, the company is denying because vouchers are only a piece of papers which has no online records, so they can't cancel such vouchers once given to any client. more
Problem started with your negligence when u lost your purse. You lost your vouchers. Even RBI replaces damaged notes, not lost or misplaced notes. RBI has no system to stop payment of a certain numbered lost note. You may also have behaved aggressively with them. My experience with Reliance is good, so far. more
Almost all companies are unprofessional and offer poor service once the deal is complete..But losing the voucher makes one's case very weak and instead of requesting the company for the genuine loss, one can not dictate terms with them.. If the company does not respond positively, one has to grin and bear it..!! more
Please accept your mistake, having lost the voucher and demanding undue favour from Reliance. On the other hand , Reliance should be polite and should understand the genuine problems of the customers. more
