Relief to small business man and msme, ssi.
Recent lockdown put the persons in crisis.
Most affected persons are daily earners, and next are owners of small businesses, ssi, MSMEs. and all the industries in general.
After the lockdown, small businesses will face a very difficult time, when they are to pay salary to their workers, staff, pay taxes like gst and others, bank interest, many a banks have already deducted interest from their accounts, electricity bills and a lot of other expenses for restart of business.
Finance will be major problem, because customers will not pay their dues immediately, and cannot purchase their inputs to run business.
My suggestion to face this problem is that, govt or RBI should increase all types of credit limits to 35-40%, for six months, with a condition that these extended credit facility to be used only for clearance of their dues.
In this way, a handsome amount of funds will be available to everyone, and it have a multiplier effect on total finance.and the all the businesses come on track. more

Assume that govt or RBI should increase all types of credit limits and fund will be increases to 35- 40%. With the help of this amount they clear all of their dues including wages. When the owner collects the new order and which authority places the order. This chain is may be effect for few months. Are the owners bearing this stress? What about independent unregistered daily basis earning people. No one active positively for these types of family those are now locked in house. more

Daily basis earning people are jobless last few days in metro city area. Their daily earning amount is such a level that they have no savings. They have no BPL category card or certificates. Any types of ration are not reaching to them from govt. levels/local influential level/social worker levels. Local shop owners are stop for giving materials on credit. How long they struggle for their family. After lockdown period are they join on their previous job. more
