Sandeepji , probably you are clear about what you are allergic to as you must have consulted a doctor. Rule out food allergy like tomatoes , Brinjal[baindi] non veg food ,citric fruits notice carefully yourself and avoid. Either you can do it yourself by patiently finding , ruling out one by one .Or resort to allergy tests that can find out what you are allergic to and slowly inject to get your system imunized. You are lucky to get away with sneezing and not wheezing like others. So this is either mild or your body has the imune syatem strong enough. The allergies can also be due to house mite, in old matresses, curtains , seat covers , bed covers . As you are getting the sneezing in the ealy morning your bed rolls and matresses may need some cleaning and dusting under he sun . If it is more than 5 years need to be replaced. Check also if A/C draft blows on you directly while sleeping. Further windows of the rooms should be open during day time to allow fresh air and drive out stale air from the room. If rodents and sqirrels are there put stainless steel netting. For lasting relief, along with the medication and measures taken to keep the house mite away , llergen free diet , Pranayama is a must when there is no bout of sneezing. Start with just 3 Pranayama when you don't have bouts of sneezing either early morning or in the evening giing a gap of 3 to 4 hours after a meal: 1. Bastika : Sit in a comfortable position [preferably on the mat on floor ], spine straight , chest up , tumy in; inhale deeply ,slowly to allow air into your lungs ; take the same amount of time to exhale staedily and slowly. Initially 5 go on to 10 minutes as you get used . If possible keep your wrists on knees and in in Mudhra. 2. Kabalapathy : Same sitting posture , start exhaling forcefully [as though trying to chase a fly on the tip of your nose] through both nosteils. Consciously exhale only , naval trying to touch spine ; as partial vacuum is created air will go in by itself . It is just like when you press a tennis ball ;how it gets back to the shape by itself without you trying .The number per minute could be 50 to 60 exhalations per minute. 5 to 10 mintes , gradully to be increased as per your comfort. 3. Analom vilom or Nadi sudhi :Same siting position, right thumb close the right nostril , inhale through left nostril; close left nostril with right middle and ring fingers exhale through right nostril . This is one cyle . start with 5 go onto 10 minutes as you get used to. Benefits : * the left over toxins in the lungs are forcefully driven out. There will be less pollen, dust, and road carbon and lead. ** Elasticity of the Alveolii will be maintained to do its functions and keep you helthy through out your life. *** All parts of the lungs will get sufficient Oxygen , less allergens and pathogens so there will be less chances of respiratory infections. **** One will get Balance and poice in emotions, decision making .
