Reminder for Lighting a Lamp Tonight

Dear Residents

Just wanted to remind everyone to light a diya/lamp this evening at your home.

If you cannot find a diya readily available, you may light a candle. These will serve as our respect to the martyrs and as our commitment to strengthen our democracy via participation in the electoral process.

We will light lamps at all the voting centers in the district remembering our martyrs.
