Repeated lift accidents

Administration of Noida and lift department of UP have been the worst in maintenance of lifts. Central govt has also failed in this matter. Every week we have lift crashes in Noida. The LocalCircles manager also had a survey last august which i remember was on lift maintenance standards. Still no standards. NO UP lift act. Lift wale bribe kar rahen hai kya ? more

Had the Inspectors pointed out on any specific mistake in maintaining the lifts? Named any or some agencies? Or, why this happened or list of probable causes? If anyone have copy of report then please share. No one is resonsible because no contract between stake holder specifically in Govt constructed flat this leads to promote pvt builders also we need this may be treated as criminal offence carrying minimum 7 yrs imprisonment more
